The RigEm&Roll is currently the only available product at Boutte Industries. After 2 years of intensive product development and testing, the RigEm&Roll has met with the approval of our safety conscious product developer, our underwriters, and most importantly, tree service owners across the country. Over 2 years in the making, and after intensive product development and testing, the RigEm&Roll is ready for you to put to work. 
The RigEm&Roll attaches easily to the end of the load line of a crane in less than a minute. Once in place you will be able to remotely rig limbs and tops using the RigEm&Roll. This eliminates the need to go out on limbs to set chokers. The RigEm&Roll uses a self-contained power source (24V battery) and is radio remote controlled. The RigEm&Roll requires intensive knowledge of crane removal as well as the understanding of some new rigging concepts. Once these concepts are mastered, the RigEm&Roll greatly enhances the safety and efficiency of crane removal operations. The RigEm&Roll weighs about 500 lbs and has a 5500lb lifting capacity. The RigEm&Roll’s battery slides into the battery compartment of the machine and clicks into place. Once in place, the door is closed and secured and the RigEm&Roll is ready for operation. There is a warning light on the side of the machine is connected to the control box., indicating when the battery is low. The hydraulic cylinders feature integrated check valves for safety. Once firmly closed, the jaws cannot open unless hydraulic pressure is applied to the retract ports. The custom cylinders used in the RigEm&Roll are rated to 3000psi and include brush guards for the retract tubes. There are positioning spikes on the side of the machine that are used to position the RigEm&Roll around braches that are not horizontal. With a little practice, a skilled crane operator can quickly become comfortable positioning the RigEm&Roll around branches that have an incline of up to 60 or 70 degrees from horizontal. Rigging both horizontal and vertical branches becomes easy with the RigEm&Roll. The RigEm&Roll is built with the finest materials and has been over-designed for safety. The RigEm&Roll is painted an orange color that shows well through foliage and allows the crane operator to see it from afar. The machine has safety labels covering risks and maintenance procedures which are placed in key locations. The RigEm&Roll is patent pending.
